Refund policy

1. Works as promised, or get 100% of your money back

If the advertised iPhonePilot AI functionality does not work on a setup that meets the requirements listed on the product page, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund 100% of the price you paid for iPhonePilot AI.

This guarantee covers the functionality described on the product page, including viewing the connected iPhone screen, tapping, typing and swiping through your local AI agent. You can ask us for setup help or request a refund if the advertised functionality does not work for you.

2. How to request a refund

Use the contact form, email [email protected] or message @iamuroboris on Telegram. Include your order reference, checkout email and a short description of the problem. For connection issues, also include your computer’s operating system, iPhone model and iOS version. Remove private information from any error message you share.

Do not send your full card number, security code, passwords or private device files.

3. Refund process

We will confirm the refund decision by email. Approved refunds go back through the original payment method where supported. We will tell you the expected processing time; when the money reaches your account depends on the payment provider and your bank.

4. Cancelling an order or transaction

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order before delivery. Include the order reference. We check whether the payment can still be cancelled or whether a refund must be issued instead, and confirm the outcome in writing.

5. Duplicate or unrecognised charges

If you see a duplicate payment or a payment without access to your order, contact us before paying again. Send the payment references so we can verify the transactions and resolve the issue.

6. Separate AI costs

Payments to your AI provider are separate from the iPhonePilot AI purchase. Requests about those payments must be addressed to the relevant provider. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
